There are two aspects of our coaching. The first includes strategies and tactics and doing what I call the "physical work"; using your supplements and essential oils consistently and developing daily habits.
The second aspect is what makes this sustainable and creates increasing levels of attractiveness in your life. This would be attracting everything and everyone you want to have the life of your dreams that includes not having to constantly think about your health. You are the greatest expert on your own life. I will help you connect with that expert, your own inner "health detective". That part of you knows exactly what you need and gives you clues every day about what to do next. Working with your vision of how you want your health and life to be, we will use these clues to take actions that lead to extraordinary results.
By learning to pay attention to these clues, your focus will shift to people, things, and situations. Your intuition and confidence in yourself will drastically improve your decision-making and outcomes. This includes accelerating your ability to achieve success effortlessly and have more of what you want in your life. Having a clear Coaching Agreement establishes a foundation for our work together.
Coaching services should not be interpreted in any way as a replacement for psychotherapy, legal advice, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company with which I am affiliated, responsible for the results that result directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
As your coach, you can expect me to:
1. Be a partner in bringing out the best, deepest, and truest in you to achieve good health.
2. Provide safety and support; an environment where you can relax and explore.
3. Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make.
4. Expand your vision of what is possible and promote the discovery of new insights about your body and health.
5. Provide you with information, direct feedback, and operate as a sounding board.
6. Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness.
7. Be a continuous resource for achieving your intentions.
I expect you, as my client, to:
1. Cultivate a fundamental honesty with yourself.
2. Commit to intentions that are truly meaningful to you.
3. Be open to my feedback and keep me honestly informed about what works and what doesn’t work for you.
4. Take responsibility for your progress and your achievements.
My philosophy is that you have the capacity and internal resources to address your current health situation in a way that transforms your ability to have more of what you want and with considerably less effort.
THE OPTIMAL COACHING EXPERIENCE
Our coaching system includes 1 Zoom per month, plus coaching through WhatsApp or Telegram. The Zoom is scheduled at a fixed time interval (the same day, at the same time), 3rd Tuesday of each month from 5-6 pm EST. These calls last 40 minutes. Between the regularly scheduled coaching sessions, we will use "post-session summaries" via email to enhance and anchor the benefits of your coaching. This will create a "diary" of your success.
I will send you the Zoom link for our calls before the scheduled times, unless other arrangements have been made.
Occasionally, you may have an urgent question, want to request feedback, or need a confidential response to a situation where you do not want to wait for your next call. This is "just-in-time coaching" where you can use email or WhatsApp/Telegram to get a timely response.
PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS
Everything we will use in this coaching experience (tools, forms, schedules, documents, resources, etc.) will be conveniently hosted on a secure and confidential "Private Client Website". When you sign up for the coaching experience, you will be provided with a unique username and password. At your convenience, you can access this "Private Client Website" area to access, review, and/or update the tools, documents, resources, etc. that we will use throughout our coaching. I will provide you with the access information and further instructions once we start coaching.
Through this "Private Client Website", I will provide you with a specific tool to help you prepare for your coaching sessions so you can make the most of every minute we spend together. I will also provide you with another specific tool to support you after our coaching session is complete; this will keep the coaching in your daily life. And between each coaching session, you will have access to me by email and a client log tool so that anytime you have questions, get stuck, or are interested in sharing victories, I am available to you.
THE CONFIDENTIALITY SYSTEM
The coach declares, warrants, and agrees as follows:
All information provided by the Client to the Coach during the time of the coaching relationship will be considered "Confidential Information" and will be kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Coach will not disclose any communication, whether verbal or written, that has taken place between the Coach and the Client or regarding this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional purposes only with the Client's consent. The Client may request anonymity in relation to testimonials to be used.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Confidential Information" does not include information that is:
(a) previously known by the Coach before the discussions about this Agreement, free of any obligation to keep it confidential, or
(b) publicly disclosed by the Client before or after receiving such information from the Coach, or
(c) independently developed by the Coach without any access to Confidential Information, or
(d) lawfully obtained by the Coach from a third party in legal possession of Confidential Information that is not subject to confidentiality obligations with the Client.
The Coach may disclose Confidential Information if required by law, rule, or applicable order; provided that the Coach, when reasonably feasible and to the extent permitted by law, provides the Client with prior written notice of the required disclosure. The Coach will return, or at the Client's request, destroy, all copies of the Confidential Information in possession or control of the Coach upon termination of this Agreement.
THE MONEY SYSTEM
The total of our coaching contract is $1700 USD
This program is about you taking positive steps to develop a powerful foundation on which to regain your energy, health, and happiness. If you fully participate, you will achieve the kind of results described. If you do not show up for the calls or fail to meet the commitments we have made together, the only guarantee is that it will not work for you.

You have two options for how to pay for these services:
_____PAYMENT OPTION A: Pay in Full
With this option, the total amount of the agreement ($1700) is due at the beginning of our coaching agreement.
_____PAYMENT OPTION B: Pay Each Month (Total would be $1,887)
With this option, the agreed monthly payment would be made by credit card and my office would automatically process it on the 5th of each month. The total monthly payment would be $629/month.
Achieving the life of your dreams is a year-long process. I commit to the above price for three (3) months, and you commit to staying in the process for three (3) months.
