Are there professional standards for the coaching industry?

How will I know you are the right coach for me?

During our initial conversations and/or discovery session, together we will identify if we are a good fit for each other. How do I get started in the coaching process?

If you are interested in beginning the coaching process, please contact me on WhatsApp so we can schedule our initial discovery session to further explore the details of the coaching relationship.

What can I expect from you as my coach?

  2. Provide reassurance, encouragement and support; an environment where you can relax and explore;

SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Are this customer center and my data are protected and secure?

Yes. In fact, there are 3 levels of security provided to keep your data safe and confidential:

  1. Protected with username and password;
  2. Verisign's security certificate protects your data on this site;
  3. Secure pages (https://)

Is my information confidential? 

Yes. This site is protected by a username/password system. You are the only one who has access to your information.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

Can I contact you between our scheduled coaching sessions?

Yes. If you would like assistance with something that arises between our meetings, you can post a query in the Client Record and you can receive "just in time" advice through your private client website.

ACCESS TO THE CUSTOMER'S PRIVATE AREA

What is the “Register Now” link and when would I use it?

If you are interested in becoming a client or starting the coaching process, you can create your own account to access the private client area. When you "register", I will be notified that your account has been created and I will need to activate your account. This may take up to 24 hours.

How do I access your private client area and how do I log in?

Click the "Sign In" link in the website navigation menu. Then enter the username and password that has been assigned to you. Don't have login information yet? Please contact me so we can create an account for you.

I have a password that I use for most of my online accounts. Can I change the password assigned to me?

Yes. You will need to log in initially with the password I assigned you. Once you log in, you can change your password at any time on your Customer Profile page, which you will find under the FORMS tab.

What happens if I forget or lose my password and login information?

If you simply forgot your password, you can still go to the login page by clicking the login link. Click the blue "Forgot Password" link to the right of the "Sign In" button, and in the new "Forgot Password" window, enter your username and click the "Continue" button. You will shortly receive an email with your password included.

If you have lost both your username and password, please contact me and I will send you your information.

I'm trying to log in, but it doesn't accept my username or password, what do I do?

Remember that your login information is case-sensitive, so please enter it exactly as provided. Also, type your login credentials and DO NOT copy/paste them, as this procedure may include empty spaces, which count in a password, thus becoming incorrect. Again, if you don't remember your login credentials, you can contact me via email and I will resend them to you.

AVAILABLE FORMS, DOCUMENTS AND RESOURCES

What constitutes a "welcome package" and what do I do with it?

A welcome package consists of some basic forms, documents and resources that will help us start the coaching process. By completing the information in the welcome package, you are providing me with useful information so that I can better know how to support you, guide you and work together with you. It includes a “Customer Profile” form, a “Goals” form, and also a “Discovery” form. You will also find our coaching agreement in this package. It is common for me to complete these items prior to our initial coaching session together.

SCHEDULING/RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

It is easy. With at least 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule any appointment using the online calendar system. Simply complete the following steps:

  1. You log in to the Private Client area of ​​the website.
  2. Click on the Calendar menu.
  3. Find and click on the desired block of "Available" time (or if you already have an existing appointment, click on the title of your existing appointment you want to reschedule)
  4. Click the "edit" button and change the appointment details to correspond with an "Available" time block.
  5. The calendar will update itself, you will see your new appointment reflected and you will receive an email notification informing me of the change.

PAYMENT FOR COACHING SERVICES

How can I easily make payments for my coaching services?

Each month (if you purchased coaching sessions), you will receive an invoice from my office informing you of the amount committed for that month. You can log in to the private client area, click on the Payments menu and you will see the outstanding balances due at that time.

What are the different payment methods I can use to pay for my coaching services?

Credit Card (which includes PayPal). Debit. You can also have your coach process your payments for you each month with a credit/debit card.

  1. To pay by credit, debit or PayPal card: When you receive your monthly invoice, click on the link at the bottom of the invoice to log in to the private client area and click on the Payments menu. Here you can enter your credit card number or PayPal information and my system will automatically (and securely) process your payment.
  2. To have your coach process your payments for you: Complete the "Credit Card Authorization" form located in the Documents section of the private client area. Once I have authorization and billing information, I will automatically process your payments as described in the authorization form.

My name is Diane Sanders. I live in Virginia, United States. I have been happily married for almost 26 years and have a teenage son 👦, a dog 🐶, a cat 😺, a bird 🐦 and a Bearded Dragon (a reptile).

I am an author, biologist, certified holistic health coach, certified functional blood test specialist, certified aromatherapist, and essential oil expert.

I started using natural supplements and essential oils in 2012, when my doctor informed me that I would have to start taking medication for my thyroid due to its underperformance. Although I had heard about essential oils and natural supplements, I didn't know much about them.

By chance, a friend invited me to an event about natural health solutions that changed my life. I learned how to use these alternatives to support my body. When I went back to the doctor and had my blood tested, my thyroid had started to function properly! I felt empowered! 💪

From that day on, I made it one of my goals to learn everything I could about alternative, natural solutions and empower OTHERS.
